The book commemorating the Army Pageant held at Fulham Palace between 20th June and 2nd July 1910 in aid of the Incorporated Soldiers and Sailors Help Society.
The Pageant was mounted to illustrate "the development of the art of War among the people of the British Empire" and it must have been an unforgettable spectacle with 51 regiments taking part.
The pageant started with an enacted history of the evolution of weapons and soldiers.
It continued with episodes commemorating some of the most famous battles in history and stories of many of the regiments involved followed by a Grand Finale.
