The Royal Danish Air Force (Flyvevåbnet, RDAF) is the aerial warfare force of the Kingdom of Denmark and one of the four branches of the Danish Armed Forces.
The Royal Danish Air Force (RDAF) was formed as a military service independent from the army and navy in 1950 from the merger of the Danish Army Air Corps (Hærens Flyvertropper) and the Danish Naval Air Service (Marinens Flyvevæsen).
