The Army Catering Corps (ACC) was a corps of the British Army responsible for the feeding of all Army units. In March 1941 the Army Catering Corps (ACC) was formed as a subsidiary unit within the Royal Army Service Corps. In 1965 it became an independent corps in its own right. In 1993 the ACC was amalgamated with the Royal Corps of Transport, the Royal Army Ordnance Corps, the Royal Pioneer Corps and the Royal Engineers Postal and Courier Service to form the Royal Logistic Corps.
The badge of this unit depicts a stove surrounded by a garter containing the corps title and surmounted by the Imperial Crown. The motto 'We sustain' is inscribed on a wreath below.
Prior to 1971 the Army Catering Corps motto had been 'Escam in Tempore' (food in time).
