2. One GLOUCESTERSHIRE AMBULANCE SERVICE title patch.
3. One GLOUCESTERSHIRE AHA AMBULANCE SERVICE title patch.
4. A matching pair of shoulder titles for Gloucestershire County Ambulance Service.
5. A matching pair of larger shoulder titles for Gloucestershire County Ambulance Service.
6. A Gloucestershire Ambulance Paramedic round patch with blue border.
7. Two (2) Gloucestershire Ambulance Paramedic round patches with green border.
8. Two (2) Gloucestershire Ambulance Queen's (St. Edward's) crown patches on white cloth.

The South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) is the organisation responsible for providing ambulance services for the National Health Service (NHS) across South West England.
It serves the council areas of Bath and North East Somerset, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Bristol, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Plymouth, Isles of Scilly, Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Swindon, Torbay and Wiltshire.

On 1 February 2013, the former Great Western Ambulance Service merged with the trust.
